Full Registration Fees

  • $800 registration (until June 1st, 2010)
  • $850 on-site registration fee (from June 2nd on)

Student Registration Fees

  • $350 registration (until June 1st, 2010)
  • $400 on-site registration (from June 2nd on)

Accompanying Persons (price is per person)

  • $80 Welcome reception only
  • $120 Banquet only
  • OR - $200 for both events

Although on-site registration will be available, we recommend registering well in advance.

Participants who wish to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and priority will be given to pre-registered attendees. Depending on the number of on-site registered attendees, availability of conference bags may be limited.
